Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information — details you actively provide, and limited technical data gathered automatically when you visit:

• Contact & booking details — your name, email, phone number, preferred service, and any notes you submit through our contact or booking forms.
• Newsletter sign-ups — the email address you provide.
• Payment information — if online payment is enabled, card details are entered on, and handled entirely by, our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Automatic usage data — when you visit, we collect privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (such as pages viewed, general device/browser type, and approximate region) via Vercel Analytics. This is gathered automatically, does not use tracking cookies, and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and confirm or manage your appointments.
• To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, replies to your messages).
• To send newsletters or offers only if you opted in; you can unsubscribe anytime.
• To process payments you authorize.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We share information only with the trusted services that make this site work:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google Maps — the map embed on our contact page.
• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Email delivery — to send and receive the messages above.

Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep contact and booking information only as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any newsletter, or by contacting us.
• Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
